Wordpress Plugin Selection + Configuration + Install

Looking for someone who can add an image gallery plugin to our wordpress site, configure it to match our design, and ensure it provides all the features we are seeking. We have a custom design we would like it to correspond with. There will be a page that needs to be administered by the wordpress panel that will create an image gallery with all images that are added using a specific design (psd provided, needs to be coded into existing template). Once the picture is clicked, it will bring that user to an individual page for that picture, which will have up to 6 additional pictures of that item, and a description. The deadline is extremely tight, you can use existing plugins or create your own, both options are available, please specify what you would use. Need this finished ASAP. Thank you.
