PSD to File Sending / Delete on Download

I have a psd that is pretty dang basic, just a logo, text, and that's basically it.. See screenshot to see how it will look. What’s Needs to Be Done: 1. .PSDs need to be coded into HTML5/PHP/JQUERY/MYSQL. 2. Site needs to work on all systems and browsers. 3. Files [customer upload] need to be saved in a /temp folder and deleted when selected. 4. I need a list to be saved of the senders name, and senders email and date in a CSV spread sheet so I can see when people are using the system. 5. Email should be sent from our server with the customers subject they pick. The email to their customer should have my message as the content with the link automatically generated with their uploaded link. That link should have a timer based on customers selection. 6. If customer tries to download a file that is expired it needs to say “Sorry, this file has expired.” 7. Max upload size is 20 MBS. All extensions are acceptable. They are able to send a max of 4 attachments. 8. I want the background to semi fade to black while the send a file is up. You will have control of how the box looks, I want it to look elegant, and with my recommendations. It needs to look modern and clean. 9. “Send a file” should have a rollover with the text looking the same I will show the demo of how it should look. 10. “Send a file” on click the system should open a jquery pop up box (not a html box) that will have the fields I mention below) 11. “Learn more” on rollover should just underline. Same with footer options. 12. “Send a file” the fields should have a flow to them like a demo I will send. 13. I’d like to use the font I have picked for the font which is “open sans”. 14. I need to be able to display ads at the bottom (google adsense) 15. if they click on "watch video" it will open up a pop up (lightbox) that will show a video we have. 16. the ad and the bottom links will need to always be at the bottom of the screen no matter what , the side needs to adjust to the screen size. Need this done a.s.a.p. Needs to be standard coding. no tables or anything old. *** WE OWN 100% OF THE FINAL PROJECT *** SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE TESTED TO ENSURE THINGS ARE BEING DELETED AND A LIST OF USERS HAVE BEEN GETTING SAVED.
