mysql/PHP expert needed to optimize website script and db

Hello we need an expert php,mysql freelancer to optimize php and mysql scripts on existing website. Freelancer should be an independent worker that delivers complete work without having to do it multiple times. Right now our need is primarily for someone to go over our database error log and fix issues (error log attached so you can evaluate the work). We also need the scripts to be optimized to eliminate redundant and unnecessary queries. Here is a list of items we are looking to get done: 1) Optimize script to reduce database queries (Our most immediate concern is that with 3 users on the site at the same time we received over 75000 query hits to the database in less than 1 hour and currently the shopping cart hangs up when adding a product to it.) 2) remove a picture upload field from a certain page 3) install the latest version of CKeditor ([login to view URL]) 4) If it is an easy, quick and low cost item fo do we would like to add a volume discount feature to the product listings/shopping cart to allow site vendors to set different prices for a product based on the quantity purchased (this is not an essential feature and we will only do this if it doesn't add too much to the cost of the project.
