Hello,
Please do not respond to this unless you have done something very similar and have read the requirements. :o) I am a developer so if you quote this at the high end then I will need an explanation of why.
I currently have elastix set up and working with the predictive dialer. My challenges are integrating a dumbed down crm (Basically a glorified contact manager with ability to add notes). I am open to building this on another dialer or something you have already developed from scratch. This product only needs to handle outbound calling. Here is the work flow at a high level.
1) Several Callers are using the Dialer at once from the same database of numbers.
2) A Caller answers and talks with the customer
a) Caller hangs up so they are marked to call back in 90 days
b) Caller agrees to appointment so caller assigns to an sales agent to follow up with
c) Customer gives a referral so caller needs to add to their own call list to follow up with
d) Customer says call back at later date so caller adds it to their calendar (customer must be flagged with this caller so another caller does not call them)
e) Customer already using services so flagged to call back in 90 days
f) Customer requests a package to be sent to review so caller assigns it sales agent
3) in all cases the caller must add a note with an automatic datetimestamp. On call backs, another new note can be added. No limit to number of notes.
4) When assigned to a sales agent, the sales agent will be sent an email of the notes and a text message. The text will just have the customer name, number and time they requested a meeting.
So overall, it is fairly straight forward I think. It is just a matter if we customize some open source like Elastix, vicidial, etc or if you already have a predictive dialer built that will be easier for you to customize.
