Add LinkedIn user authentication to website
$30-250 CAD

I have a PHP job classifieds website based on the open source project, jobberbase.
At the time, employers are able to post free job openings on this website without needing to login. However, the site receives a lot of spam postings.
I'd like to add LinkedIn authentication to any employer wishing to post a job opening on the site as a method of reducing spam postings. The site currently uses CAPTCHA but this has become too easy to circumvent.
I don't need to store user account info - there should be little or no database work involved here - simply forcing employers to authenticate with the LinkedIn API prior to posting a job on the site.
Once a user is authenticated, set a cookie for that user to allow them to post new jobs for 90 days without needing to re-authenticate.
Keep it simple.
