AMI backup to a remote pc then uploaded to a new account on EC2

Need someone to backup ami from (Account A in amazon) and store in a pc. We will work one on one i can share via teamviewer. My pc has 20 mb up and down internet speed. Once we download the AMI to my pc we will upload the AMI to another account B in Amazon AWS. We will run a test by firing an instance in account B to ensure that it is all good. I estimate 1 hour quick touch up. If you are good with AWS more work might come your way as we are a web design firm in USA. Think relationship is what we are looking with the above simple task.
