Wordpress design, theme and install plugins

I need the following: - Wordpress theme design similar to [login to view URL] (rating, ad placements, columns placement ) - logo design + following plugins need to be installed: - caching function - add posts to queue to be automatically published at certain time in the future - being able to add videos from websites as [login to view URL], metacafe, youtube... - add slideshows from [login to view URL] to posts - images should be shown with [login to view URL] plugin (or similar) - add mp3 files to posts (play on demand) Thanks for bidding and good luck!
