SNS integration w/ ecommerce site

We are a shopping site in china looking for someone to help us integrate social features that allow users to connect/import their profile info and leverage their friend connection path to see products sold from friends, see friend's ratings and comments, see products liked by friends...etc. We will be using Sina Weibo's API, which is in English and is very similar to Facebook/twitter API. We are looking for someone who has experience integrating API's for facebook, twitter or other social networking sites. We only require your support on backend integration using PHP. We have another person avaiable to support the front-end HTML development. This project will require full-time support from a dedicated and detail-oriented person.
