not for profit website

Hello. I am looking for a good looking, useful not-for-profit website. I have already started it in Dreamweaver with html/css and you can see the attached image of what I have done so far. I want the website to be standalone and not in joomla/drupal/wordpress....I do not want to use any of those. I want to be able to mange/edit my website via Dreamweaver.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING AS THOSE THAT E-MAIL ME WITH "DEAR SIR/MADAM" AND OTHER COPY/PASTE TEXT WILL BE IGNORED.

Here is the set of requirements (please reference the attached image):

Box 1 (on the image): Should be a simple, yet good looking form for newsletter subscription. It should also be done via Ajax, so once they type in the e-mail address and hit "Submit", it should not reload the page, etc...it should just say "Thank you for signing up". This can be done with asp/ajax I believe. If you can make it even better by expanding the form once clicked to show a few fields, like name, phone number and then e-mail...that would be great! Will definitely help you in the bidding process and make you stand out. And, most importantly, I'll know that you've actually read my requirements and that you can do the job.

Box 2: I need Facebook integrated into the website. I want to give users the ability to register for the website via Facebook login. If they do not have facebook, there should be an alternative way to sign up/register.

Box 3: This box should contain two little flags, one for English and the other for Serbian language. The website should be bi-lingual. I want to give users the ability to switch between languages seamlessly.

Box 4: Blog. I need a good, nice blog to be part of the website. I want it to be clean looking and easy to use/update. I want to give users the ability to comment on the blog (via facebook, too).

Box 5: Video page. I need a nice, flash video player on this page. It should all be set up and easy for me to go in and link it to a video file on the server when I need to. Commenting on the page/video should be enabled below the player.

Box 6: There should be a image/banner rotator here. I am looking for one that will look very similar to the one on www.one.org....i like that sliding effect and the arrows on sides.

Box 7: Simple twitter widget. I have a twitter account and I'd like to display the associated tweets here.

The website should have two tables, one for registered users and one for e-mail subscribers. It would be nice if I can export both to Excel easily. This might be more of a feature with my hosting provider and not the coding to be done on your part. I am not sure, though.

Preferred Skill:

If you know how to add a custom looking donation page (so it is part of my website and looks very professional), this will be a huge plus in your bidding. I need to set up the donation checkout page and I do not want to use PayPal/Google Checkout as I don't want users to leave my page. If you can help me set this up and can advise me of a low cost payment processing you've worked before and are familiar with their API, please let me know. This will almost certainly get you to win this project.
