Create thumbnail and preview snapshot from a site

I need a script that works similar to [login to view URL] #1 I want a script that can be included to show many thumbnails images from selected websites. #2 When getting over the thumbnail, I wish for a bigger preview image to appear (like in thumbshots). I wish the system to load a new preview/thumbnail when it hasn't been generated before, and store it. After a week or month, all thumbnails must be refreshed (must auto capture again). What I hate about thumbshots is that some sites don't show the thumbnail, and puts a placeholder message like "coming soon". I don't want that.

Hi, You can get this functionality with core javascript or you can use Jquery with proper jquery plugin. There are lots of plugins to generate this type of functionality. However, you need to very conscious of cross browser compatibility. Because may time misuse of jquery hangs/slow down the site. The way I would like to use this: When users hover the thumnail, it will be bigger and when the user click, it will be shown with 100% size. If you need in another way, it is also possible.
