OS Commerce theme design

I have a OSCommerce site installed. I would be sharing the URL when I award the work. I need following done a) Completely theme the front end. b) Integrate PayPal, this is the simplest part. c) Provide all the PSDs, GIFs, JPGs, PNGs, HTML, PHP, CSS, JS & possible font files d) Provide at least one month's support The support will be required only for editing theme. Here is the plan a) Design and deliver at least 3 mockups in JPG/PNG/GIF, of course more will be better. b) I will select one theme and provide further inputs if any change is required c) Slice and develop HTML. d) Setup the theme e) Setup PayPal. I will help in this if required, dont want any thing special done. f) Provide one/month 30 days support for theme editing, the need may arise if the theme fails in a certain browser. I want theme to be a) All HTML, CSS & images must be optimised b) HTML to be W3C compliant, CSS compliance will be an added advantage c) Must work with IE7 onwards, FF3.5 onwards, Chrome, Safari on Mac and Windows, and Opera 10 onwards on Windows, Mac and Ubuntu in the given order. Lastly, please note, I am a PHP developer with 10+ years of experience under my belt and I very well understand what I am asking for.
