Will there be any membership packages? 3. How will the admin get quotes from entrepreneurs? Will entrepreneurs be registered users of the website? 4. Will it cost anything to submit quotes or enquiries? 5. When will the service fee be paid to you? As soon as an applicant is hired or when the employer pays the applicant? 6. Will there be any escrow system? We will create the frontend using HTML5 and CSS3 while we would program the backend on a PHP based framework like symfony2 or CodeIgnitor. We communicate through Instant Messengers ,Email and Phone. We provide clients the facility of monitoring project progress by providing them with access to our project management tool. We will use symfony2 and Mysql as database server , Our Approach will be: 1 Create design mockup and send it to you (We provide 3 or 4 base page design) 2. Create HTML and Database Design 3 .
