QoL admin/donor form -html + php

Note: The following will be integrated into a wordpress plugin called "QoL". I've attached the skeleton code for this plugin for you. After the code below is done it should be fairly straight forward to integrate it into the plugin code. (html/css) Create (bootstrap) html form to display a form with the following fields: ACCOUNT TYPE: [dropdown with two items, namely ADMIN or DONOR] EMAIL: [text field where email address of person who will own the account should be placed] CONFIRM EMAIL: [text field where email address of person who will own the account should be written again] PASSWORD: [text field where password of person who will own the account should be created] CONFIRM PASSWORD: [text field where password of person who will own the account should be written again] [CREATE ACCOUNT button] The form will have the id "qol_create_admin_donor_account". (javascript) Function name: qol_create_admin_donor() Input: form element (will have id "qol_create_admin_donor_account"). Description: jQuery "ajax" function to pass in form fields to wordpress. The function will be called when the user submits the form that is the form element. $.ajax(url, { 'type':'POST', 'error':(function(jqXHR, testStatus, errorThrown){}), 'success':(function(data, textStatus, jqXHR){}), 'statusCode':{404:function(){}}, 'accepts':'application/json', 'complete':(function(){}), 'headers':{}, 'data':{}, 'dataType':'json' }); The function should be set up so that it "calls" a php function called "qol_create_admin_donor_account()". The qol_create_admin_donor_account() php function will return a 200 response if the user created, or a 500 response if the user was not created. (php) Create php function called "qol_create_admin_donor_account()" that will have the following parameters: account type, email, password. This function will create a new user of type "qol_admin" if account type paramter is "admin", or a new user of type "qol_donor" if the account type is "donor". Upon creating the user this function the system should send an email to the email address. This email should contain a welcome message, the login URL of the ADMIN page or the DONOR page (whichever is applicable, depending on the type of account created (to be supplied later)) and the username nad password (username is the email address, while password is the created password) eg: This is an automated message. Found below are your [ADMIN or DONOR, depending on account type created] account credentials for the [ADMIN or DONOR] page of [domain of website where WordPress plugin is installed]. LOGIN URL: [login URL of ADMIN or DONOR page, whichever is applicable] USERNAME: [email address entered by superadmin in form] PASSWORD: [password created by superadmin in form] The function should return a 200 response if the user created, or a 500 response if the user was not created.
