php showtimes script

I need a php based form designed for one of our customers that will be used to replace an excel spreadsheet used to calculate movie showtimes for a theater. This form will also mail the output to selected email addresses, provide a summary during schedule creation (possibly using jquery), and possibly interact with a dada or wordpress mysql database. Reference material, such as the existing spreadsheet will be provided. This form will be used to plan the showtimes for a movie theater. The theatre has 5 screens and sometimes will double book a theatre. The user will input the movie title and running time, and the available amount of showtimes for each screen needs to be calucated, including a predefinied time between each showing for theater cleaning. At the bottom of this page, a summary will need to be generated as data is entered to help the user determine optimal screenings per theater. There should then be checkboxes, with the following options: send to wordpress (default checked) send to mailling list (default checked) These will both be email addresses that the formatted output will be sent to . The output will need post processing done on the output to be sent to wordress to wrap the movie title in the IMDB link transformer widgets - this just a matter of wrapping it in IMDB brackets. Finally, the user should be able to go back into the form after it has been "published" and retreive the prior state, either from a session txt file or the dada or wordpress databases so that they can make corrections and publish or even send the schedule again.
