Jobsite: CV filter for employers to choose right candidate.

Project Description: I have a wp corporate theme The resume module would be made available via the careers link. on the homepage. I need a wordpress feature/plugin that will do the following: Please note: Logical reasoning is important. If coder can send me a sample demo in screen capture to analyze the project ,I'll believe the coder understands my project. Logic: [login to view URL] a jobseeker can apply for any job, the jobseeker needs to enter the reference code to that particular job by typing in the url [login to view URL] or by searching for the reference code. 2. The page opens and checks if jobseeker is a new comer or has registered previously 3. New jobseekers are required to click the sign up button and register by filling a jobseeker form 4. Already registered jobseekers are required "sign in" with their email and password and apply for the posted job 5. All jobseekers cvs will be posted to the employers account panel. 6. employers can use search criteria form to sort of the cvs e.g age, date of birth, institution, grade, location etc...the search criteria will be grouped into simple and advanced, but containing the search fields that jobseekers entered during signup. 7. After sorting employers can download resumes in zip file format. 8. During sorting by employers or searching by jobseekers Ajax can be used to sort entries. 8. Employers can also send message to jobseekers from their account panel basic features:. Employers Module: 1. Employers can register on the site and will have their url i.e [login to view URL] 2. Employers receive confirmatory email and click the activate link to start using the resume filter to post jobs. 3. A reference code will be generated for each job posted by the employer so that jobseekers can locate the job and apply. 4. Employers can filter jobseekers application by i.e grade, state, country, date of birth, higher institution, course and more... 5. After sorting resumes employers can download all the resumes in one zip file. 6. From employers’ panel, employers can send messages to the shortlisted. Jobseekers Module: 1. Jobseekers receive confirmatory email and click the activate link to start using the resume filter to post jobs. 2. When jobseekers visit [login to view URL], the page will prompt for reference code. 3. Jobseekers are expected to enter the reference code for the job advert to locate the exact job and then click apply. 4. On clicking apply, the site asks them to upload their resume and fill the online form e.g. grade point, name of university, date of birth etc this form is useful for filtering the resumes posted by the jobseekers 5. The jobseekers receive a confirmation email after successful sign up. 6. Email address and phone numbers are compulsory fields. 7. Image uploads (jpg, png, giff) will all be accepted 8. Pdf, .docx, .doc, WordPad cv formats will be accepted. 9. Jobseekers receive email job posting alerts in their emails whenever a new job is posted in their area of specialization Admin module: 1. Administrator will approve posted jobs before publishing it to jobseekers for applying. 2. Administrator can post jobs and post adverts. 4. From admin panel newsletters can be sent to both jobseekers and employers. 5. Administrator will have access to all resumes and Employers on the database and will be able to use simple search criteria to sort and pull them out from dbase. 6. The site will be delivered in wordpress, php, mysql. Please note I posted this project a 3rd time. Previous selected coders can't deliver . They don't have logical reasoning and I'll appreciate only coders that understand the project o apply. Kindly keep it simple. Coder that is awarded the project will subsequently be paid extra to implement newer modules after meeting this requirements and paid extra $100. Only coders with experience in php,mysql wordpress need apply. You can show past work relating to this features requested.
