Customize a Wordpress Template

Hi There, We are looking for an end to end customization (of an existing theme) and plugin install for the following wordpress Woocommerce template. Complete styling from the photos to the font is required. One page theme of simple, corporate styling is required. We like the Woocommerce "the One Pager" theme ([login to view URL]). If you recommend a theme, let us know and we will look at it. Please be confident that it is secure and is easy for other designers to work on. We are basically looking for a one page theme (NOT PARALLAX) that is smooth, can load easily, and supports easy plugin installs if a later date we need to add a few things. The theme needs to be relatively minimalistic, but only to allow our product to really show off. We are looking for a theme that is professional, corporate, clean and modern. We also need these following plugins installed so that they work flawlessly each time: 1. Some sort of plugin that will display our ‘top down’ tea leaf Product photos all together. This will basically be a portfolio plugin, but needs to be styled for the website. When a customer clicks on a product, they can be taken to a lightbox that has some simple information, or the product box ‘drops down’ to reveal similar information. This information will consist of a description, pricing chart for volume purchases, if this tea comes in teabag or loose form, certifications etc. Since this is a one page theme, there will need to be a tab at the top with the title “Our Blends”. 2. We are not pursuing any E-Commerce capability at this time, however we would like the customer to be able to construct a “quote” form so that they can see what the project could potentially cost. Once they click on the product they like, they can choose the amount/options etc. The “cart” button on the bottom of the product page should read “quote” instead. This quote form needs to capture their email, name, company etc. We would then follow up with via phone or email. 3. We also need the form to include a ‘file upload’ option so we can get any artwork that will be applied to their order. I will supply some example shutterstock images to use. We have no particular order to use them in, but have noted each image to display a certain attribute of our teas and what they offer. These need to be installed along with the information in an attractive way, so photo editing will be required. We can discuss the types of stock photos required in detail after contract has been awarded. At this time, Lorem Ipsum text is all that is needed. We will customize later. All we need are the certain boxes to reflect where the text position actually will be.
