Hello I could do this for you. Please get in touch to talk about more details. What type of site are you looking for? There is possible to build a site with html (worth if you have only a few pages) and it's possible to build it with a cms if you plan to add more and more info to it. If you want just simple presentation site, I would say go for the html, it's much easier to keep it safe, theoretically you don't have to keep an eye of it like you do with a cms verison. I would be interested to know how many domains you want to develop? Do you want the same content on each of them? That is not really a good idea anyway. It's kind'a important to know how many sites you want to have, because from this depends the time that is needed to build them in the first place.
