Integrate Hotelscombined affiliate white label with my Wordpress site

Hi,
I'm looking for a professional developer to integrate the affiliate program from [login to view URL] with a Wordpress site.
There is NO need to build a website, I have the website in place, including theme suitable for integration, all I am looking for is someone who can integrate the hotelscombined affiliate script into my site.
A good example of what we need is here: hotelpricescanner.com. We use the same template. The only real work is implementing the search box on the home page, see below. My website is also specific to one country only.
Important elements of the integration that must be completed:
1. The search box for searching for a hotel (as displayed on the home page search box for [login to view URL] - it should look the same but in a different color). Instead of the slider that comes with the template, it should be replaced by an area which will house the search box, and the image to the right of it, listing the sites searched by hotelscombined. Just like with hotelpricescanner.com. The graphic image of the search engines listed I will generate. I just need you to tell me the exact size needed.
2. I want the same look and feel as [login to view URL], with the blue colors of my site (the blue colors that come with the template are OK to stay with).
3. Currency and Language dropdown lists in top right corner should stay. Default language is English, currency $.
This is a fixed budget project: do not bid more than 250 USD. Payment will be made in full ONLY with the selected bidder and ONLY upon project completion.
