Idea contest site

I wan ta site where people register with facebook and upload and idea, then other users can vote for the idea they like, the ideas are showned randomly on the main page, and also there has to be like the more voted ideas.... after 1 week the best idea is posted on the main page and the page of the idea need a contact form where interested peopel on develop the app send their request. i need a simple but good looking desgin, simple as an one page template.... just one request for voting, you first need to like or facebook page, i mean you need to like our facebook page to participate
