458758 E-Commerce Redesign and Compatibility Module

We would like to redesign our website and add features using Prestashop or osCommerce. 1) Clone of [login to view URL] - Including the shopping cart system and the compatibility module that you see. Note the search function. It seems that it is powered by a database. We need to run this database in order for our customers to quickly search inkjet and toner cartridges. 2) Graphic design - Does not have to be super fancy just a CSS layout similar to 123inkjets. We have a newsletter area, ability to show best sellers, and need to have a place where I can edit basic HTML (just like WordPress) 3) Implementation of PayPal and [login to view URL] Payment modules (there are modules out there and this can be easily done). 4) Bulk Upload Feature - We need to have a way to bulk upload compatibility and items. Quote does NOT include uploading of items and categories or any data entry. Now, some more information on the Compatibility Module that I am referring to. I'm not sure if you know this already but a printer can take multiple cartridges and a cartridge can fit multiple printers. The customer can either search by printer or cartridge number. Some cartridges have regular yield, high yield and super high yield. Some toners are MICR toners (the toner used to print checks). The idea is to link the buyer with the correct product. If you take a look, 123inkjets does a very good job with this. On their home page, right hand column they have a "Shopping is as easy as 1-2-3", we will need something like that. [login to view URL] you can see that I chose the HL-1070 printer and it lists the two products pertinent to this printer: TN300 and DR300 (Toner and Drum) There will be a Product ID, Printer ID and there is a master compatiblity database that links the both together. Sounds simple to make but I don't know if there will be any complications throughout the process.
