Virtual based Flash chatroom Webpage

Hi, this is about a Webpage project that I need you to clone that has two parts. The first part will be a webpage in PhP and MySQL that will be more or less something like a portal. The second part will be a Flash based chatroom. This for what I need you! For the Flash based Webpage chatroom. Well it won't be just a simple classical chatroom. It will be more like a 2D virtual based chatroom. Let me give you an idea of it: The users that will be on it it will be like graphic characters (sprites) like in the adventure or in other PC or console games and they should be able to walk around the room (by clicking with the mouse) and talk (chat) with the other users (that they can do the same - walk & talk). So that means that you (or your team) should also design the characters & animate them (that must also be fully customisable). Of course there is a list of other specs that I need you to follow. What I need you to do is: 1. Develop the Flash website and the code needed. 2. Create the graphics needed. And by the word Graphics I mean: Background graphics as well as Cartoon Characters and animate them. Well more or less these are just to give you an idea for the moment. Generally you will get a fully analysis & design (detailed description) of the project.
