SMALL SITE MAKEOVER

This is a moneychanger site called [login to view URL] It was designed on rentacoder about 3 years ago. We have a good google ranking but we have not been using the site. We need something simple and flashy. We are not sure if it is a small or very small business project. The site is basically intended to inform african people from the former african french territories that they can change their currency (called franc cfa) in Paris in our offices although the currency convertibility was suspended by french central bank. Since site was designed: - The banknotes changed, hence the graphics are obsolete. - we opened a second branch, so we need a map also for the new shop. Also we want to communicate on price. We need to give a fresher look to the site, update the graphics and possibly the flash animation, a map for our new shop, a visitor counter, a links page. The text will be basically the same, except for one part (we do not sell phone cards 'carte telephonique' anymore). Thank you for auctioning. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
