PHP,XML,XML-RPC,HTML,CSS This project is for PHP Server Side Web programmer & Client Side programmer PHP Developer/Programmer My requirements are as follow: Developer must have Internet Camera that we can make Internet video conference on daily basis I do need company registration documents , address ,owner/partners names & phone numbers The Developer Must have 3 Years experience in developing web applications.
