Flash Intro Needed for Web Site

I need a flash intro for a dance music site to run in a loop with the average contents (sliding lines, wiggling shapes, running music track, skip intro button, etc). I would like to see the "O" in hour, have the red portion of the pie (signifying 12am-1am) sweep around the circle somehow.

Main logo is above. I do not have animated dancers but I would pay a bonus if some dancing girls or nightclub-like animation could be included. In other words, cool = bonus.
**Bonus Work**
I will also need a music bar for the main site, that will let people choose to play 3 different tracks, stop, pause, etc. Will also show the artist and title playing. Black background and around 250 pixels wide by 30 pixels high.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working animation with source file.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
