Web site (with mysql dbase)

We are a non profit association seeking a comprehensive web site with a database for our members (currently 2000 members and growing). The Web site is pretty basic in itself with a simple structure and standard functionality: 1. News 2. Forum 3. Download 4. Etc. (see attached documents for full structure and number of pages). Part of the web site (what has already been done) can be seen on [[login to view URL]][1] It was done with Joomla. We already have all the content ready and just need a structure in place to put it in. What is important is to have an easy admin tool since none of us are Web pros. The database (list of members and their information) already exists in Mysql. It just needs to be integrated in the Web site. PS. the attached document is in French but images are self-explanatory and document can be translated in English. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ------ 1.
