You are invited to bid on the following. You may bid for a part or the whole of the project: **_Traffic Building Project:_** _Key Goal_ Attract a high number of unique and interested visitors to our PR5 website from other popular websites by establishing quality and in context anchor text links from their website to ours, and in accordance with our guidelines below: _Other Considerations_ This is an initial project granted to establish the credentials of the successful bidder. It is intended that further work will be granted on an ongoing basis dependent upon the development of a sound working relationship and the success of the bidder in achieving our traffic and hence income goals. ## Deliverables _Specific Deliverables_ The initial requirement is to create 250 links permanent in nature, each from a different website, avoiding sites of low Google Page Rank, and excluding sites associated with or sites that are actually:- link farms; free for alls; web rings; porn sites; racially prejudiced; gambling or gaming for profit, and other sites containing offensive or useless content. If you are in doubt about suitability, ask. Our decision is final. As you will be communicating with potential link partners on our behalf, you will need to approve with us your approach and draft emails to ensure your work method agrees to our common-sense guidelines. You will check before approaching a potential link partner that we do not already have a link on their site. Links should be static html in nature, coming from other search engine indexed static pages. Dynamic page elements, for example Javascript newsfeeds, on any link page are allowed, providing our links are not part of the dynamic/JS content. The pages where links to our web site will be listed should be reachable from the home page of the other web site within 2 clicks. Traffic considerations will determine the acceptance of links further away than 2 clicks. Reciprocal links may be considered providing the proposed partner is Google PR6 or above and the link conforms with the overall guidelines You will be given some key phrases for anchor text, but will also be required to create your own to make a more natural linking pattern, and must ensure that no "dead" links are created. Preferably our links will not be on any page with more than 25 other links (again traffic considerations will apply) **Definitely Not Allowed (We reserve the right to add to this list)** You will not submit our site to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission from us. Please, no more than 10 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company etc? ? _Payment_ We understand that building quality links that deliver targeted traffic takes time. (But not TOO much time OK?) If you wish to have Payment as work progresses, then we are prepared to release 5 equal amounts for each 50 links upon satisfactory confirmation by ourselves that the link is "live", **We will click on our link!** and **we will check we are receiving regular visitors from each link** you confirm to us before we release payment.? You will need to provide? a file in a Microsoft Word or Excel or HTML format with the following information: The URLs of all sites where our link is placed in a browser clickable format, along with the date you became aware the link was "live" At the end of the day this is a 2 way process, and we are open to your traffic building ideas.
