Project is to develop an online Texas Holdem No Limit Poker game for 2 players.
Pereferred solution is flash (if that is feasible) although we are open to suggestions on the best way to do this as clearly there needs to be interaction between 2 players and our server. Also it needs to be possible for several such games to be running concurrently. A no-downlaod solution is preferred but I see discussion of the most appropriate method being part of the initial discussions prior to the projects start.
Would need to have normal game functionality in terms of blinds and check/call/raise/fold between card draws, working out each players best hand from cards available, and calculting the final winner.
Theres no real money involved so there are no cashier requirements. A virtual bank for each pleyer needs to be recorded during play but does not need to be saved as the game will be played just to determine a winner and loser so any attempts to close the application or otherwise end the game should be prompted to confirm forfeiture of the game. All that needs to be recorded is the winner, potentially by updating a mysql table (gameid,date,player1id,player2id,winningplayerid).
No graphical skill is required for this project however dummy placeholder graphics/animations should be used which we will then replace with our own work using the image references you provide

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
