PostNuke Theme

I need a fully complete PostNuke theme for a band web site. (Rock band) Attached are some graphics you need to use on the site. The jelly fish would look good at the top of the design around the logo. Also in the attachment I have put a file called "current [login to view URL]" this is what the current site looks like. Gives you something to work from. I'm thinking a black or dark design would look good. With some blue if need be but nothing to vibrant. The sections that need the most thought put into: The top of the site where a logo will be displayed (you do not have to insert or create the logo so just leave it blank). And of course the left and right tables that Post Nuke uses to display a menu and other content. The end result must be in Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Illustrator and all source files must be included. Please give me examples of past work you have done or an example of what you can do for the site. The coder must send a copy of all their work after 3 days to make sure work is on task and that the source files can be opend. And final design must be approved by me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
