Billing System for Dating Site Chat Application

My website is an online dating site where users can create profiles of themselves and chat. I have a working site and the chat application is fully functional and allows users that are logged in to engage in text, voice or video chat with one another. I would like to create a billing system for the chat application, so that users are charged money for chat time. The job requires a good understanding of PHP and MySQL databases. Application should be built for scalability. I will expect your code to be well documented. I expect a full explanation of the coding strategy before you begin work. I would like to do a short chat with the programmer to make sure his skills are up to par. If the project goes well, there is an opportunity for more, well paid work! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
