Hey , The problem is the large database (or large enough ) which will generate a large export file . This will consume the allocated memory and will lead to the problem you are facing . What is needed is a change in the EP export . Regards, Adrian.

Hi there, I would like to do this project for you but really do need to know a little bit more information as to what is going on before I can lock in my bid. I am a hardcore oscommerce developer and know it inside and out and I have yet to see a site time out with easy populate on downloading the catalog in csv or excel format. I have seen it timeout on uploading products from a spreadsheet or csv pending on the amount of products there are. If you could let me know the domain name of the site having the issue is so I can take a look at the site and also maybe screenshots of the server info under tools in the oscommerce admin. This would be a great place to start. From here then we can get a little more detailed about the issue at hand and then go from here to find out what the real problem is.
