Loyalty service (CodeIgniter+PhoneGap)

Dear freelancers. I'm posting a project on behalf of a fellow freelance member. I'm the manager for his project, and I take part in the selection process. I'm a software developer and IT manager myself, therefor I'll be guiding the development of this project, as well as the selection of freelancers. For this project we are looking for a team (or single developer) that can develop the following in short: 1. CodeIgniter web application 2. PhoneGap phone application connecting to this CI-app. After you are selected we will create a large number of milestones (together) and we'll fund a few of these to show you that we mean business :-) You are required to read the project brief that is provided below. Notes for bidding: 1. Please state your price in the PMB for the following items: a) web application b) mobile application c) support/maintenance AFTER development is finished ($/month) 2. Please do not send 150 references with your PMB - I will look at your freelancer track record, and your portfolio. (If those are both empty - don't bother to bid.) 3. READ THE BRIEF - if you don't, you don't what you are bidding for. 4. I want a full description on how you'd take on this project before I select you. I might be a bit blunt, and forceful, but all I want is to find someone that works WITH me, rather than FOR me.
