COM/ActiveX Wrapper to Control IE Object

This project will be a DLL (or OCX if required) that wraps the IE object, and allows us to turn off graphics, page rendering, etc. Microsoft has an article that explains exactly how to do this at: <[login to view URL]> Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section "Download Options". We have a VB6 app that uses hidden instances of IE to access web sites, and we want to turn off graphics, page rendering and control other options to increase performance, decrease download times, and decrease memory usage. Ideally, our VB6 code will look like this: set o = createobject("[login to view URL]") [login to view URL] = DLCTL_DOWNLOADONLY + DLCTL_SILENT set oBrowser = [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is the DLL you write, it wraps IE, and returns an IE object to VB with the appropriate options set. That IE object must support all IE properties, methods, and events. If it is not possible to do it this way, we can have a control on a form, but we much prefer a DLL. Please read the deliverables section for important information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). VERY IMPORTANT: THE DLL OR OCX MUST HAVE NO EXTERNAL DEPENDENCIES. No [login to view URL], no MFC dlls, etc. We expect a small DLL or OCX, approximately 100k in size, that runs on win95 and newer and has no external dependencies other than files that are part of the base windows OS. We also expect the developer to do complete testing so that we are delivered a fully working binary. Please include in your pricing the time it will take you to fully test your code. We are happy to pay for this. ## Platform Windows 95 and newer. Windows 95 support is crucial, so this will not be a .net project.
