Hi, We need a voip dialer created, can be from opensource. It needs to be multitenant and the price needs to be low. I also would like to see any demo you have already done. I already realized a dialer very similar to your request using perl, php and mysql. The dialer makes a call, waits for a dtmf, plays a message and closes the call. It does not need asterisk. It can manage campaigns, schedules, end so on.
