Website needed in PHP or ASP .NET

Hi everyone, I need a website with SUPERB HIGH QUALITY work and design AND WITH TONS OF FEATURES to be done for me. This is not a small project, is actually quite big, that's why I am willing to pay $4500.00. This website needs to be in Spanish and that's why I am looking forward to hire a Spanish speaking coder to do it. I want a freelance website to be done, features will be discussed with interested coders and suggestions are always welcome. The idea is that the website will be for freelancers that speak Spanish only to work on jobs posted by buyers. Anyone who speaks spanish and knows programming would be interested on my website. Any buyer who speaks Spanish and wants a project done in Spanish would also be intereted on it. There are already some websites like [login to view URL] and there are others but I am looking forward to create the BEST possible Spanish speaking freelance website possible. So please keep that in mind when you bid, only if you think you can work on large scale applications like this one and if you have the time to work many hours a day on this then bid on this project. WE will disclose formal documentation of the project of features to serious candidates only, to the ones we think can do the job well like we expect. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP and MYSQL but we will consider ASP .NET as well if you suggest
