Website developer/programmer wanted for a website 7-8 page with custom CMS system.
Experienced and expert PHP/MySQL/Javascript/jQuery. As shown in sample reference design of site is clean and sample. The photo gallery are the biggest part of the project.
The site will have a basic interface, similar to the list below. Please review these first before applying. We are expecting something similar.

Content Management System (CMS) - Develop a limited CMS accordingly:
• Secure administration login to online control panel
• Product administration menu features/tasks:
o Add, Edit, Delete
o Logo/Image Upload
• All Content fields for each product:
o SEO fields for each product profile page:
o Logo
o Product Name
o Short Product Description (max 75 characters)
o Product Name
o Full Product Description (max 300 characters)
o Image upload for all images
favicon upload

Payment terms:
10% of the project will be give to you for milestone, then once you compete 10% of work will send additional 10% after we see some examples you worked on along with the plan to develop and program the site. When the project is half way finished will send 30%. The rest 50% will be released after project finished. If you cannot agree to terms do not bid.
My budget for this project is $300
Lastly communication is key. I will need to speak to everyday on the progress of the project. We need to be in constant communication on skype or email or phone.
Please be serious programmers and send me previous works that you have constructed, and link to your portfolio.
Ownership and copyright must be assigned to me, would like layout documents of project. Also, once the files are posted to my server I will test the functionality, browser display (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox and Chrome) and CMS, before I make the final payment.

Basically, I want a fresh, flashy, clone mixture of these two websites; [url removed, login to view] and Xing.com.
This will include:
Website design (completely original, not a template) also, i want to be able to use the script as i choose to after the work is done.
I want to keep a good admin just like the Joomla script. I want free memberships and paid level memberships for this website. Professional payment system.
