Existing restaurant web site needs NEW modern and upscale design!

Existing restaurant looking to re-do existing web site. We need the designers to give us some new template options minimum 3. The web site is bilingual, must be in english and french. All the text is provided on the exisiting web site. So all the designers will have to do will be to copy and paste the text for both languages. There will have to be a few more page additions and links but all the text will be provided. The web site will require Flash intro,animated logo, flash banners and a few flash animations on certain pages, 3D tour of the dining room pictures of the restaurant, image gallery, daily menu,lunch menu,wine list menu, SQL database,Admin section for boss or manager to make daily updates of his daily menu and lunch specials in the database , small shopping cart to sell restaurant T-Shirts and accessories as well as a music player with ON/OFF button for jazz music in the background. Customers will be able to make reservations online that will be emailed to the boss or secretary. Customers can post comments and suggestions, join newsletters,get directions with maps preferably in flash, we also need the designers to find us some hi quality graphic images of nicely prepared dishes ex: nice quality steaks or lobsters. We have some but are not that great quality. If we can find better images on the web it would be even better. Finally we need a carreer link where people can attach and upload a resume to apply for jobs and that's pretty much it!
