Dating website needs to be completley redone

I need to ge my dating site completley revamped, i need the frontend design work and backend done aswell. it must include all current functionality that is availible on my site and more too i would like to add the functionality of a video profile. Design would most important aspect of the site the site i have now does not quite meet our needs. i need a customised control panel. a function list of the control panel will be provided to the winning bidder so to summerise here is what i need with a small explanation Custom designed website :- I do not want a template site that has been used before, the site which i wanted created will be done from scratch and you will recieve a breif of the design i want done customised control panel:- i have certain functions i need for the control panel and do not want a previously created one, the functions list will be provided to the winning bidder All funds will be placed in the GAF escrow until the job is compleated NO FUNDS WILL BE PAID UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLEATED TO MY SPECIFICATION. please do not bid unless you understand that i do not want a recycled script, i do not want a template design, i want my own functionality not a set which you feel would be beneficial to me. have a look at [login to view URL] and come back to me
