78110 Recipe Site Script Fix

I have a recipe script at [login to view URL] I moved servers and tried to reinstall the script. I am however experiencing problems with the script. Please go to [login to view URL] try and select the following: North-Indian South-Indian Bengali International Diet Food from the left menu. See the error I get. Also when I try and access the admin area at: [login to view URL] .... I get the following error: Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/virtual/site109/fst/var/www/html/recipemastersadmin/[login to view URL]) in /home/virtual/site109/fst/var/www/html/recipemastersadmin/[login to view URL] on line 25 I am suspecting that the issue might be permissions on the files. I do not think its a programming problem.. never know though.. I am looking for an experienced php programmer that can fix this problem fast.. please The original programmer is not available to fix the problem.
