Photoshop images

My name is Claire and I work for a company that does various road maintenance work. I'm currently working on a new brochure and have a couple of photos that I need to be photoshopped to make them acceptable for the brochure.
The changes I need are:
Image 1:
Add white hard hats with ear defenders and masks (as shown in attached photos) to these 4 men
Remove:
1. the cardboard box to the right of the photo
2. the shovel that is next to this box
3. the rake with the long wooden handle to the centre of the picture
4. the pick axe lying on the grass to the right of the photo
5. the yellow number plate on the back of the lorry
Image 2:
Add a white hat with ear defenders and mask to this man too
Remove the brick and the bag that are next to the wall
I think that is all we need. I have attached 3 pictures of someone wearing a white hat with ear defenders and a mask as well so you can see the sort of thing we need in the pictures.
