I need an artist to illustrate my heist-themed card game.

I've designed a 2-4 player card/board game where each player takes on the role of a crime boss, hiring crew and taking on heists. The game itself has been well tested and in good shape. The plan is to Kickstart it sometime next year, but to do that I will need most of the art completed for the game. The most important art will be for the crew cards. These are the various characters that you can hire to be part of your crew to take on heists. Think classic heist archetypes like hackers, cat burglars, con artists, etc. I am looking for the art to be partial figure (head and torso, but probably not much below the waist) and very minimal background. I have some artwork done already and would like to keep with a similar comic/realistic style. See the attached image for reference of the style I am going for. There are about 50 crew cards that will need unique art. I am also looking for some art for some equipment cards (simpler images like blow torches, explosives, crow bars, etc.) which I'm hoping to get an artist to do for a lower rate. If I can find an artist for an affordable rate that matches the style, I'm hoping to utilize them for as many of the art pieces as I can.
