Provide administrative, project management and event planning support to Global Communications Leader. Description of role: - Manages and organizes data and documents as needed. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Manages global calendar of communications related events, projects, plans and upcoming content launches - Media monitoring and communications activity tracking - Managed photo and files libraries as needed - Basic bookkeeping, expense tracking and reports, and budget management - Organize logistics for high visibility events and PR efforts as needed - Proofread documents to be sent to internal clients or reporters - If skill set is available, edit video, photos or graphics or resize to specifications as needed - Provide general support or writing for briefings and other support documents
