Urgent: Produce finished artwork for print, based on mockup

I have a sketch of a gift check that I'd like you to make into a beautifully designed check that can printed in a sice 30 cm x 60 cm. I have attached both the mockup including the neccessary text parts and a picture of the recipient that I would like you to include in your final design. I have also included some examples of gift check designs that could inspire you. I don't want the final artwork to be too "word art"-like. I'd like to look professional and impressive. I need the final artwork to be completed in 12 hours.
