Property Photography - Reading

Hi I am a professional commercial photographer with extensive residential property and interior design experience. My client base includes interior designers, holiday property company Stay Beyond, estate agency work through a regular contract with a major national supplier, and private clients within the long-term and holiday lettings markets across southern and south-eastern England. I have just been engaged by one of the country's leading kitchen design companies to cover their work across West Sussex, most of Surrey, and parts of East Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire. I also undertake virtual tours for Google See Inside and was National Photography Training Manager for a Google Trusted Agency for a period of about two years from 2014 to 2016 on a freelance ad hoc basis. My fee covers my attendance for up to two hours, shooting HDR ultra high quality images to full estate agency / lettings agency / AirBNB standards and all essential post-production editing. My fee excludes the provision of blue sky insertion in the event of poor light, excludes a virtual tour which is an optional extra, and excludes travel and parking costs. Light and photograph the rooms and process the images before delivery digitally. I shoot full frame nikon and have portable lighting also have flash when needed. As well as high resolution images of your property, I can also produce a virtual tour of your property with each room linked to the next. A stunning way to represent your premises to your clients in a truly immersive way. I can also provide a walkthrough video and aerial images and video if required at an additional cost.

I will take photos of the rooms and then I will correct them on photoshop, to make sure that they have a good luminosity, contrast, etc. My camera is a Canon EOS 100D.

I will discuss your exact requirements with you either via phone or email and arrange a convenient date to undertake the photography. Images will then be created and enhanced, before being made available to you via a secure website within 72 hours of them being taken. I have been working with a national property marketing company for 5 years and have a vast experience of taking images of properties of all sizes and types. I have battery powered studio lighting available to ensure that additional light can be introduced to areas of the property if needed, for instance larger rooms, to minimise darker areas within the image.

I do loads of photography and videography which means I have experience behind a camera. I am a university degree student for film production and cinematography so I am well educated in the field.
