Real estate company is looking for property inspectors for the NYC area. Must have reliable transportation and access to Smartphone/camera and computer with a high speed internet connection. Job duties include but are not limited to: -Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property mangers -Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties -Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC -Taking pictures and Video of property and uploading files to Dropbox or sending pictures via email -Putting lock boxes at properties -Driving targeted zip codes with the intent of locating distressed, vacant or abandoned properties. -Placing Bandit Signs Job hours vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected weekly range from 2-10.
