LIGHTROOM EDITOR NEEDED

Permament Lightroom Wedding Editor Task Summary: Culling, adjusting exposure, correcting white-balance, applying local adjustments and retouching selected images. Required Software: Lightroom Detailed requirement: I need an additional editor to cull and edit weddings in Lightroom. I will send a Lightroom Catelogue with Smart Previews via dropbox (or other). The size of the weddings will vary, from 1000 images to 2500 images, with an average number at around 1700. The successful applicant (editor) will need to: 1. Download the catelogue from dropbox and import into Lightroom. 2. Go through the wedding and "flag" the images they think are best 3. Adjust the exposure and colour-correct the white balance of all 800 images. 4. The editor SHOULD apply local adjustments where they see fit. These adjustments will not be lost when I apply my final presets. I encourage the use of the Graduated Filter (good for landscapes) Radial Filter (good for portraits) and adjustment brush (General dodging and burning) at the discretion of the editor, as or if they see fit. This means that when I load the catelogue into my own lightroom it will reconnect with my raw files. Pay guideline 30USD per Wedding Catelogue edited.
