I have developed a mobile application and i have two ways of paying. Via paypal account and via cards from the paypal API. However my developers i think use the REST API and this is not available in Cyprus where my company and paypal account is. So i need to fixthis with the correct API because i get the message when someone tries to pay with cards "This Merchant does not accept this type of payments". Anyone knows how to fix this?
