I have deep experience with the AWS platform, and working knowledge of Heroku. I have completed multiple projects outside of Freelancer involving both Node.js and PostgreSQL. I am also deeply familiar with relational modeling so I can help perform enhancements. Plan of Action: 1) Pull a full backup from AWS of your data, and leave the AWS system running for the time being. If anything goes wrong we want to minimize impact to your end users. 2) Begin the migration process, changing the Node.js application as necessary to point to the new database. I would move the DB first, then proceed with the application code. 3) Once everything is set, bring down your app and pull another full backup, and move to Heroku. This is to ensure no data gets lost in the transition. If planned correctly, the downtime should only be a few minutes. 4) Perform testing and verification to ensure the new platform is stable and functioning. Hola Espero que estés muy bien hermano, espero poder ayudarte a solucionar lo que deseas, por lo que veo quieres pasar el Backend de tu aplicación de AWS a Heroku , no se aún si el Backend lo tienes en otro lenguaje o también está en javascript, pero no será ningun problema pasarlo a Node con PosgreSQL. Saludos.
