My Idea: Students Off-campus accommodation search and bookings:
This little system to involve:
A UI for login in/registration
Search for available accommodation provided in the listings
Book by payment of the stated price for the rooms found available. No need to integrate payment gateway system.
And make sure that you use The JDBC API for the SQL database connection only, not any other database is allowed
