If you want to fire queries and export the data, then I would recommend going with mySQL workbench. Its an application that lets you manage your database. Since its a mySQL workbench it'll work perfectly with your database. Configuration will take no time. All you will have to do is download the tool and import your database. I hope this helps. You can use MySQL Workbench for this. MySQL Workbench is similar to SSMS and you can download, configure and use.
