Xamarin.Forms with Azure App Services Backend

A rather simple [login to view URL] App on iOS, Android and UWP. The user can take images with the device camera and save images with annotations to database. The backend is Azure App Services. It shall enable Authentication, Online/Offline-Sync and Push-Notifications. I already configured Google Authentication and uploaded the backend service. But it seems to be configured for ASPX, because after authentication it redirects to website instead of going back to the app (UWP). I need Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Email authentication working. Next issue is Online/Offline-Sync. I need a developer who has successfully implemented this with Azure and Xamarin, ideally with keeping full data history. I started with it, but need someone who can finish this within the next week. It is necessary to implement the pattern only for two pocos, I will finish the rest by myself. Push-Notifications need to be implemented. Only necessary to do the pattern, I can complete the rest by myself. I assume the work to be finished when the backend is running and iOS, Android and UWP are running fine in Debug and Release. Right now, the iOS project is running fine in the iPhone-Simulator. On a real device the App hangs after the initial Splash-Screen. I guess an experienced developer can finish all work in one to two days. Bidders that have finished similar projects will be preferred!
